I have not. I have used a magnesium supplement for a calming effect and it seems to help. What do you find is better about the oil?

N2Sleep has been a blessing in my contest prep as of late. Sleep was suffering but has improved at 2-3caps before bed.

Man that would probably leave me pretty groggy the next day!

I am one of those weirdos that needs more than one. During my previous prep my sleep was so terrible, a whole bottle wouldnt have kept me asleep. 2 caps is working nicely right now though.

OTC GH supplements are usually a flop from my experience. Something like Attack may give a little extra GH release if taken pre bed with the N2Sleep

From what I understand the LG product is a GH realesing product. The two products together would address multiple pathways that are important at night so it could make a good combo.

I broke it open into my last meal of the night on more than one occasion. It works ok that way but I feel that it works better if its about an hour or so away from a meal.

I found that 2 caps is my sweet spot. I take it about an hour before I want to go to bed and I start to get pretty tired at that point so that seems like the best timing and dose for me.

Grogginess the next day is something I notice if I overdue the dosing.

Id be curious to hear your results. I know I personally get nothing from melatonin at dosages under 6mg or so.

I believe it. I have done this with many different supps and it can make a difference.

I am about 3.5 weeks post show and my sleep still isnt great at all. I plan to start some Need2Sleep soon. Do you guys normally start at 1 cap or two?

This is about to be added to my supplement program as I get deeper into my contest prep. Looking forward to the quality sleep!
