2 weeks into my pct of clomid , nolva and arimidex..

1st week i took 150mg of clomid ED with 40mg of nolva ED and 1mg EOD of adex

2nd week i reduced the clomid to 100mg and reduced the nolva...

i heard it reduces REM sleep... which means it is bad for recovery.... is this true?
