I had a pretty good workout yesterday but I was STILL really sore from thursdays workout...WTF?

I saved legs stuff for last as they were incredibly sore.

So today I have done really well with my eating and even though I am THOUROUGHLY sore I am going to do my workout today. I hope that I get a little more used to working out again cause my LEGS ARE...
