No we were at 7 days liss with 1 Hitt session so usually Sundays is am liss then Hitt later.
We dropped to 6 day liss
And now 5 days liss.
we are pulling the cardio from training days. so...

90 sec to 2 min. Usually last stuff like arms is 30 sec. but I'm pretty much doing 5 sets per exercise.

yeah agree on the back fat but everything else looks great. def see some great size gains. Shoulders look good. quads are gonna be awesome come contest
