I have seen several others use it this way and it seems like a solid idea.
Weight hasnt been budging for the last week or so cals were bumped today. New macros are as follows.
Training Day: 300/275/145 (+ 15/30 intra shake)
Non-Training: 300/225/145

Wanted to note that I am starting notice a diuretic effect. My urine was much darker and pungent (spelling?) today. I also went to the bathroom alot more often. I know many others report this effect as well. I am trying to keep my water intake high. I usually take in almost 2 gallons a day which is probably plenty at my weight.

i just finished a bottle. 1 cap a day for 60 days. the shit is awesome.
pumped and blown out. never used a better oral

I find.one cap ed.works.well for.guys under 200lbs ish....also 2 caps on training.days also works well...once you get to the.bigger guys 2 caps ed training and.1 on off.days seems to.be good...everyone isnt the same but this protocal seems to give great results with min.sides...only.other option is 2 caped for 2 weeks if you want to frontload....
