I hit a new high weight of 180 on the dot today. It may have just been me but I feel that I looked a tad tighter today than usual before my workout. It may be the DMZ hardening me up a bit or drying me out. I did notice more of the diuretic effect today but it was tapering off compared to yesterday. No sides to report thus far!!!

I'm about to start running DMZ Rx (not 2.0 version) again next week. I think I'm going to run it 2 a day on training days, 1 on off ... like recommended above. I am weighing in at about 233 - 235 right now, so we will see how it goes. I have 1 full bottle and another with about 10 -12 pills in it.
I'm like that updates data... thanks for keeping it clear and updated.

Gonna do my best to give you fellas a useful log here. If you are using the original I would honestly consider running it higher. There is no Methyl Sten in the original but there is superdrol. Most dose the original a little higher. Maybe shoot for 2 on off days and 3 on workout days if you want to vary the doses like that.

I also have a full bottle of IML's DecaDrol.... Opinions, anyone, one how you may run the compounds for an extended/bridged cycle?

no sides at all.
no water, no bloat.
i dont ever really gain much weight. so even if i answered that
you have to factor other variables. i go strictly off how i look.
i'm 185lbs. but that is thick, dense muscle.
not to brag on myself but i make most 200 plus pound guys look small

Exactly why I may as well run it at one cap if I am still making gains. I bought an extra bottle so I could get quite a bit out of two bottles if I cut it back to one cap.
It may have to do with my calorie increase but my weight has been up the past two days straight. Yesterday I was up .6 from sunday to a new high weight this offseason of 180. Today I am up another full lb to 181. I look a bit tighter too. I think it's starting to kick in. This is day 5 and I am training shoulders and arms today. I will report back later. My weight hit another new high and it up a lb from yesterday at 181.0. I am noticing more aggression during training and my pump was exceptional today. No sides at all to report. The diuretic effect has slowed down and bathroom visits is back to normal. Looking forward to the rest of the week!!
