It was nuts man. I have had some nasty ones but yesterday had to take the cake. The pump during legs today was downright brutal too. I could tell when I started to warm up that it would be wicked. I am no doubt a bit tighter now than when I started and about 6lbs heavier.

My weight has been creeping up slowly but I think I look even fuller than last week. This product has been great and I havent noticed any sides besides some minor lethargy but nothing that I couldnt tolerate. Weight this morning was 183.8 so I have gained about 6lbs and no BF at all. If anything I am a bit tighter.

The last couple of days have not been the greatest as I have had some issues trying to bring me down. However, as shitty and down as I have felt I have absolutely murdered every single set in the gym. I was able to get in my flow again today and it made for another brutal workout. The puke bucket made an appearence today. Man do I feel like total shit now lol
My DMZ run is coming to an end in a few days so I will try to get some pics up for you guys before too long so there is a comparison between the starting pics.

I hit a new high weight of 185.0 today. This morning I snuck in abs and calves beforemy first client came in. The pumps from this stuff are just silly. My entire upper body was swollen while hitting delts this afternoon. Im sad that its coming to an end in two more days

its a great pump...but no worries...blackstone still has sd2.0 in stock...but its best to take a break for awhile and give it another go at the start of the year...nice job on the progress data..

Sorry its been a few guys. My computer crashed recently so I have been working on figuring that out.
I am all done with the DMZ and I must say I have no complaints. No real sides to note besides some minor lethargy. The pumps were insane and the aggression in the gym was awesome. Here is a side chest side by side comparison. The first on the left was taken a week before the DMZ started and the one on the right is just after finishing. In the pic I am up about 5lbs but actually look leaner!
