Is spacing meals out during the day necessary?
Well it looks like we stirred up a little controversy with a seemingly harmless video!
In this video we show how Emily manages to eat 6 meals during the day even though she has a busy schedule.
It turns out there are many people who say this is no longer necessary and that you can eat all your meals in a 6 hour window and still get the same results.
The conversation got so nasty and out of control I had to delete the video and re-upload it!!
What's your opinion?

It is a proven fact meal frequency has no bearing on the results one gets. This is not a matter of opinion.

Intermittent fasting is becoming more and more popular.. I don't need scientific evidence to support anything that I do really. If I'm seeing results from something, that's good enough for me. Who cares what other people say if you're in better shape than 95% of them.

Best thing to do is to give if (lean gains) a go. See if it works for you, think most will be pleasantly surprised.

I would never want to eat all 6 in a one hour window. If I did that I'd have nothing else to look forward too for the day
