Monster's Super DMZ Rx 2.0 LOG
Starts Monday 10/22/12
Open to suggestions on how you guys would prefer I diet for this one. I am open to a bulk or cut diet. Your Call....
Post: Bulk or Cut in the next 36 hours and I'll do as asked.
Sitting at 282lb right now

Me be'n more of an offseason connoisseur I say bulk. Besides from the pics I've seen you look lean enough as it is. I'd like to see 3 bills with abs. But go'n for a bulk or for a cut from where you are now is a changing variable that can compromise the assessment of the DMZ 2.0 itself. If you bulked when you started the 2.0 obviously you'd gain size and strength but there'd be no way of knowing how much of the gains can be attributed to the change in diet or the 2.0.

Well then bulk it is! Will be starting Monday, 2 caps per day as requested by Blackstone Labs. Only taking HRT + DMZ 2.0
I should have you guys know for those wondering, I won't do a dirty bulk. No 3 large pizza nights, but I will be eating enough clean carbs to hopefully stay somewhat lean.
Thanks for all those following, should be a fun log.

Alright alright, here we go...
Day 1
Bodyweight: 284 (had a good solid cheat last night (1 1/2 large mushroom papa johns pizzas)
Back
BB Underhand Rows - (No belt, No Straps) - 315 x 1 x 10
Underhand Hammer Strength Pull Downs - 275 x 3 x 10
*Not putting down every exercise in my workout throughout log, just picking and choosing exercises
Diet is a good mix of Pro/Fat/Carbs. Post workout today was 1 cup Old Fashioned Oat Meal and 12 oz Chicken breast w/almost calorie free buffalo wing sauce on top
Not setting a weight goal for this 2 cap per day DMZ 2.0 log, but I am betting I stay in the 280's (but we'll see, keeping an open mind). If I get too carb sensitive I'll back out and go into a carb cycle.

Day 2
Bodyweight: 285
Delts/Triceps
Bent Over DB Rear Delts - 3 x 12 - 75 each
BB Standing OHP - 245 x 2 x 10
Skull Crushers - 3 x 15 - 100
Took the girl out to Cheesecake Factory, but didn't go balls crazy tonight. Drinking as well, so we'll see how I feel in the morning and what the scale says. All in all big pumps, but the extra carbs have me feeling bloated and watery. I can't believe I was once a "perma-bulker" these days I like being a perma maintainer/cutter - funny how our goals change. I just feel better - nonetheless I will stay on a calorie surplus for the duration unless it gets outta control.

Day 3
Bodyweight: 286.5
Quads/Hams/Calves
Icarian Hack Squat - 315 x 30
Never go too heavy on quads anymore since I had a scary incident on front squats about this time last year. Was doing heavy (405) free weight bb front squats and something (my miniscus) popped in my left knee. Couldn't lift for about 3 weeks on quads, but since I've torn my right knee miniscus 2 previous times w/surgery on both I know what it feels like, so I tend to be VERY cautious nowadays.

Will def be.checking this one out....300 lbs might be a stretch...but 295lbs should be in the cards....will see...carefull.with the knees....mine are not the.best either..

Well it won't be Cutler 12 weeks out 300lb with abs...not quite the same illusion when I'm 6'3'' , but I'll do my best to get there and post pics if I hit that #
