Yeah I did my first tear about 12 years ago and the cartilage flipped up so I couldn't flex my knee and had no choice but surgery. And my next one came about 8 years ago and it was a torn acl/mcl/miniscus so they just took care of it while in for the knee reconstruction. My ankle is even more fucked up - plates, screws -- the works. Xrays look like a hardware store got hit by a tornado lol

Biceps/Chest
Standing DB Hammer Curls - 3 x 12 - 80 (each)
Incline DB Press - 125 x 25
Looked big today ...that is all

Day 5
Bodyweight: 287
Off
No lifting - out on a work trip Friday-Sunday...did cook 15 bags of 10oz chicken breast for the road, but still not enough so I'll be eating out a few times. See how this goes. I have the same work trips scheduled for the next 3 weekends. Just hoping I can squeeze in a lift a few times; otherwise I'll be lifting Monday-Thursday off Fri-Sun which wouldn't make me too happy.

Nada...although I've managed to eat pretty well today so who knows what I'll see Monday when I get on the scale and lift

Rinse repeat day 6
...on the bright side, lifting, good eating comes back Monday bright and early at 6:30am...will weigh in first thing. Training Back.

Day 8
Bodyweight: 285
AM Workout Back: Underhand BB Row - no belt - no straps - 325 x 12
PM Workout Delts/Triceps - Standing BB OHP - 275 x 6; 225 x 15
Needed a double session and felt great on both workouts.
Went No Carb No Fat today to try and get some nasty water off from eating sub par the past few days.
**In other news my fantasy football team is kicking ass**

Day 9
Bodyweight: 280lb
Ok knuckleheads...went no carbs for the past day and a half (and counting) and dropped some poundage. Feel stronger in the gym. Think the Super DMZ 2.0 is in full throttle. Moving some good weight (even for me, who is a strong mother fucker - I've deadlifted 800lb - you can find on Youtube if you look)....take home message? Diet dictates weight on the scale...intensity in the gym + drugs = gym meat on the bones
