Please vote! Can you see attachments and images on Rx Muscle?

I am glad that you took my idea to put this thread in the main forum Curt. These issues have been going on for months without any resolve and it's been treated as though it was the user who had a problem with their computer. Some of us knew better.

Now we can see it wasn't an issue with only one person. It's comments like hardgirl's that drives home the real reason this shit needs fixed: people are not coming here as often.

I have been a pain in the ass about this issue, but in the end it's worth it and maybe now we can get it finally fixed.

Curt, What did you do to enable it to work for ManimalPatB?

I moved him and the other members who voted "Attachments and images, no." to the Freak Usergroup, hoping that since you are able to see attachments and images and are in that same Usergroup that if they were in that same group they'd be able to see things as well.

That's what you had proposed, wasn't it? That it was an issue with permissions related to Usergroups?

Again, thanks for brainstorming here.

I moved Dawn to Freak and also moved hardgirl to that group, but kept her User Title listed as "NOVICE".

ManimalPatB's circumstance might be some additional glitch. I'm hoping that Dawn/fitbody and/or hardgirl or any other newly renamed FREAK group members will report back that they're now able to view attachments without clicking a link.

Said I tried the "change groups" approach before, but I moved people to OLYMPIAN assuming that a "higher" group would have more permissions. That, however, did not work for fitbody.

Some where in your admin control panel is the ability to change group permissions.

I suppose you cannot access that?

Compare the settings of one group to another and see if you can see any differences that pertain to viewing image attachments inline.

Spread the word. Anyone who can't view attachments, just give me a holler via pm or e-mail [email protected] and I'll move you to the FREAK Usergroup where apparently the permissions are set to view pics.

I remember you saying that earlier in another thread and did compare. Didn't see any differences, but I may have overlooked something.

Will check again, but apparently moving members to the FREAK Usergroup allows them to see images without clicking a link.

Now I just hope that fitbody can FINALLY see some ******* pictures without clicking a *** **** ******* link to ******* see them!!!! :-D

I never had an issue with seeing images/attachments....my issue is, ever since the pharmafreak skin change, the "New Post" link hasn't been working properly. When I navigate to it, all I see is little "x" s where the title of the post should be. With no title, I have no idea what they are until I click on each one. Not sure how this happened in the skin change, but I find it very frustrating! Just don't have time to click on every post to find out what they are, so I've not been spending as much time here as I used to. Wish we had an option to use the old skin......
