I am sitting out this year hopefully 2010 will be my first big show! Glad to see a kid from MO on the stage though!

haha.. its gonna be a miracle if i can make it down.. i was 187 the morning of my last show last week

I am gonna wait to carb up until thursday after weigh ins and worst comes to worst.. not eat or drink until i weigh in at 5... I think I will probably lose another 5-6 lbs of fat(i sure hope so with the cardio and only 100 grams of carbs lol) and hopefully come in with a little less water

Good luck, Matty, a friend of mine is competing in the light heavies, would like to see this show as well as the Masters Men, i heard the whole event is fun.

There's no open classes at this show. You're either Masters, teen, collegiate or in the audience, lol.

set up my tanning appointment with collette today...

that probably took away 80% of the stress the final week for me hahaah.. my first 3 shows my color was AWFUL and it hurt me bad.. last show it was really good, but the guy who did it wont be there

Thats the way to go, i like both the Jan Tana and Protan, although i think the Jan Tana washes out more evenly than the protan does..

thats exactly what I did in philly.

3 coats pro tan.. 2 coats hi def jan tana.

i have an appointment with onthemark tanning or w/e. The tanning people who will be at the show. I already have a nice base so i think it'll be fine. I think they use jan tana, not sure though..

I called the guy, literally 5 times a day for the last week and no answer.

Then this morning I was listening to Colettes radio show during cardio and found out she was going so I sent her an email asap.

nah bro, iovate set me up in the holiday inn cuz the host hotel was sold out! I think the holiday inn is like 4 min from the sheraton...where are u at? o and my tanning appts. are 9pm thurs and 1145 am FRI and then everyone who's with colette will be there at 6 saturday morning..

I am at the sheraton.. staying with a master competitor from my town

My appt is 830 thurs/1115..

Does anyone know if there is a buffet or something after the night show? You would figure they would have something for the competitors since it's such a big show.

I hope so.. but there is a ton of restaurants around the area

i am going to buca di beppo after the show with a ton of friends and family and maybe primanti brothers
