Came in expecting a pink shirt.... left disappointed.

Pretty big swings still. On the session I do chest, shoulders, and tris and now, most likely, my two add'l back an ham/leg sessions I will be getting in an extra 900 cals. On my heavy leg day and my heavy back day much, much more as these are my cheat days. Proabably in the neighborhood of 2K to 3K more than off days.

Starting Monday my macros will be as follows:
Two Off days: 240 p, 100 c, 60 f , 1900 calories (this does not include trace cals or cals from veggies (which I eat a ton and some of them are slightly higher cal than traditional bb veggies)
Three training days: (chest, shoulders, tris plus my two touch up workouts): 280 p, 290 c, 80 f, 3,000 calories
Saturdays and Sundays (legs and back, traps, rear delts, and bis): These will still be "eat what I want, when I want" days. Protein, carbs, and fats are all high. I would estimate that total cals are somewhere in the neighborhood of 5,000 to 7,000.

I hate to say it BUT.....It looks like I will be hitting a new low of around 196.5 come tomorrow morning. This is even with the big reduction in cardio. Hopefully the bump in cals will turn things around.
That being said there will be some cheating this weekend. Hitting a bakery after work for some desserts, my wife picked me up 5 PB bars from Whole Foods, am meeting a client for breakfast on Sunday (read pancakes, french toast, and waffles), and I am sure there will be some burgers, fries, and pizza too. I am going to cook a nice clean meal for my wife and I tomorrow evening. Picked up some fresh flounder and will be making coconut, walnut crusted flounder; jasmine rice with pineapple, and asparagus grilled in mac. nut oil. Of course there will be some red velvet cake and carrot cake after.
