Thanks guys! LOL. On a brighter note I found a gym that will allow me to train my clients. When I met with him this past Friday, he already knew all about me and for whatever strange reason he was excited to have me in his gym. He even extended the same sweet rent deal my old owner had given me. I am training my first client there this afternoon and hope to transition them all there for good over the next couple of weeks.

I woke up to a new low. 205.5. That is a pound and a half drop in a week. A little too much for my likings. I could see it coming thoIugh. I hit a high carb day mid week and woke up lighter. I have been running hot all week and sweating at night. I am going to add an extra high carb meal today and have a few rice/ not so lean ground beef meals tomorrow. Let's see what happens. I do feel so much better, mentally and physically, than I do when I am pounding 6K cals every day and I am pushing the scale up. Sleep is as good as it has been in years and still getting stronger in the gym. I can even sleep on my back without suffering from sleep apnea.
I hit a great leg workout today. I was really in a zone and pushed the pace. Hit a couple of different variations of the leg curl, good mornings, leg press (worked up to 9 pps, each rep slow and buried) bb squats (2 second pause at the bottom), db belt squats on two boxes s/s with a machine hack squat (this made my day, the regular hack is AWFUL but I really can get into a nice groove with this machine), db step ups, leg extensions, and calves. I probably hit close to 40 sets in a little over an hour.

Little update....As discussed bumped my cals a bit this weekend and weight loss seems to have stabilized. Woke up today to about 208. I expect to be down half a pound for the week come Saturday which is what I am looking for. Wednesday is another higher carb day (500 grams). Today I made a slight change and dropped protein a hair and replaced oats and raw ab at meal 3 with rice cakes. This creates a calorie deficit of 300 for the day and an increase in carbs. I felt like my previous meal 3 was bogging me down a bit digestion wise and am looking for a "faster" meal. Let's see what happens.......
After two and a half weeks at the new gym I am finally getting my groove back. I know where everything is and, as of this Sunday, will be through all 3 workouts for each bodypart. I stocked up on gym towels so when I am supersetting, I lay my towels on each machine. When in Rome......LOL.
Hit a back touch up workout this morning and then blasted chest, shoulders, and tris in a little over an hour. Finished with abs, ten minutes on the stepmill and 20 minutes on the elliptical.
Chest
Incline Smythe
Flat DBs s/s incline hammers (1st half of set just the top half of the movement, 2nd half of set I reduced the weight and did full reps)
Weighted Lee Priest Dips s/s Free motion presses
Shoulders
DB laterals - 1st set was a giant drop set, 2nd set I started with the 10s and did 5 reps, put them down and went to 15s for 5, etc. Worked up rack in this fashion and then back down.
Rear delt db laterals (against incline bench) s/s db laterals (no rest between sets)
Triceps
Seated Single Overhead extensions (both arms at once)
V-bar cable pressdowns s/s hammer strength dips

Hey Kevin glad the gym situation worked out.Nothing worse than having to walk on eggshells worrying about someone telling on you like a baby. And you`ve always got a free membership at Cook`s gym.
