    he changed his mind and will keep pushing a bit more (4 wks) then will do a mini diet for 6-8 wks before pushing again for size....

    Hey Austin. What hoss said, lol. After kicking things around with Phil I decided to push on for four more weeks. I cleaned my weekends up even more. In fact have not had a cheat in a month but am eating about 6 to 7k cals of all clean food. Combo of good carbs and fats. Off training days keeping carbs around 150. After these 4 weeks will hit a mini diet of about 6 weeks before one last push before beginning hopefully an easy prep. Hope to start prep at about ten pounds over stage weight.

    whats a day of 7k cals look like?
    Training 4x a week
    then whats your kcals on off days about 3k?

    Still doing 3 merrain days with a push/pull/leg split. One touch up leg and back workout per week. Off days are 3200 cals per day. Here is yesterday's meals.
    Meal one: 1.5 cups oats, 2 scoops of Gat's pb Supertein, 3 tbs raw almond butter, 3 tbs of PB2, 1 banana. Mushed all this up with little bit of water. 1 cup blueberries. 1 cup of pineapple.

    Meal 6: 4 cups of Rice Krispies, 1 scoop of whey, 8 oz of red potatoes, 4 tbs. of butter from grass fed cow.
