Anything with "devil" in it sounds bad ass. I'll be stealing that one cook. My favorite way to describe myself is as a "soup sandwich".....Take two pieces of white bread, add a can of soup, and voolah - you have a real friggin' mess.

Thursday, 11/1/12
Weight: 196.5
Not much to report. Off day from training but busy work day. Light stretching and foam rolling. I expect that by Saturday morning my weight will be down around 193 (up 3 pounds from contest). If so, I will bump calories again. Probably fairly aggressively. I want to really take advantage of the psot contest rebound. I am feeling it.....
I will post pics this weekend. I will be two weeks post contest.
BTW - Good luck to everyone affected by Sandy. My family was fortunate to escape without any issues.Last edited by Extreme One; 11-01-2012 at 07:54 AM.

All: Please, please feel free to chime in with suggestions, advice, observations etc. The main reason I finally decided to make the effort to keep a log on here is because you all are a smart, helpful, knowledgeable group and I know that you can all teach me a lot. Thanks!

I know I have learned by reading all the different journals and by all the great guys adding to mine.I have been training a long time but in some ways that`s good and in some ways it`s bad.I may have got stuck in a rut a few times but with all the different techniques I see there is always something I haven`t tried.I am no expert but I can tell you a bunch of things that don`t work....so just do whatever is left haha

Thanks for the compliment and all the great advice over the years! I never want to be close minded or too set in my ways. I am hoping that keeping a journal on here will help stir up some new ideas and philosophies that I may not have considered in the past. I know that to be the best "me" I need to continue to expand my "bodybuilding education."
