Sunday, 6/28, delts/triceps
10 minutes cardio
Hammer behind the neck press: 85 per side - 4, 1, 1
Machine laterals: 155 - 4, 1, 1
DB hammer grip front raise: 55 - 3, 2, 2
EZ bar machine close grip press: 205 - 5, 3, 3...up 5
Machine extensions: 95 - lots...up 10
Seated DB extension: 105 - 6, 4, 2
15 minutes cardio
AFTERTHOUGHTS:
- The Hammer behind the neck press is a bitch.
- The DB extensions are getting to be a bit cumbersome. It's hard to set it up by myself, and it always feels like I'm gonna conk myself in the head. Switching this exercise to single arm DB extensions.

man i love one arm tri extentions.give them a try.you can spot yourself with your other hand.good workout.

well i just like one arm at a time.reason being in my mind i think that my strong arm will take more of the weight.to keep my arms balanced i do one at a time.
