Well, this is only week...4 or 5 of me training like this. So far the only difference I've noticed is super painful pumps in the gym, and just an overall feeling of being thicker. If it's producing results, I'm so critical of my chest that I can't notice it.
I think if anything, this type of training is teaching me how to connect with my chest better. It's my weakest bodypart, maybe because I have a hard time connecting with it.
Also, I don't think I have gyno, but my nipples are pretty big...until I get cold. Weirdest shit ever.

Machine laterals: 155 - 4, 1, 1
DB hammer grip front raise: 55 - 3, 2, 2
EZ bar machine close grip press: 205 - 5, 3, 3...up 5
Machine extensions: 95 - lots...up 10
Seated DB extension: 105 - 6, 4, 2
15 minutes cardio
AFTERTHOUGHTS:
- The Hammer behind the neck press is a bitch.
- The DB extensions are getting to be a bit cumbersome. It's hard to set it up by myself, and it always feels like I'm gonna conk myself in the head. Switching this exercise to single arm DB extensions.
