Pec deck: 115/10, 130/8, 145/6 <-- was supposed to be three sets of ten, forgot
Flat machine press (no idea what the numbers weigh): 160/10, 170/8, 180/6
Low cable crossovers: 45/10, 50/10, 55/10 <-- went slightly lighter than last time, focused on the squeeze
Incline HS: 115 per side/10, 125/8, 130/6
ABS

- mind muscle connection with my chest is really there now. I expect it to finally start growing here soon

Incline flye: 45/15, 50/12, 60/10
DB incline: 80/15, 90/12, 100/10
DB flat: 75/15, 85/12, 95/10
Cable crossover: 50/15, 60/12, 65/12
Rope pressdown: 95/15, 105/12, 115/10
Dip machine: 130/15, 150/10, stopped, something felt weird in my left elbow, like something...slipping. Odd.

Ugh...
Incline flye: 45/15, 55/15, 60/15
Incline DB press: 85/15, 95/12 <-- both shoulders started to hurt BAD
Machine press: 3 sets, light weight. Trying to still do work and get my shoulders right
Freemotion cable press: Pressing ss w/ flye 3 sets, triple drop at the end

- I walked into the gym feeling like a motherfucking GOD. The 95s were easy. Had the gym had higher weights, I would have done 105s, maybe 110s. But...my shoulders had other plans. Not really sure what the hell happened. I warmed up as normal and everything. Maybe water intake? Either way, shit sucked. Fuck I'm pissed.

Did you squat yesterday? I did that the other day, went real heavy, or heavier than I had gone in awhile and my shoulders where blown out the next day bad, could not get warmed up and just was not feeling anything
