I'm gonna continue bulking and probably hop on my first cycle this winter, and then the beginning/middle of next year I think I'm gonna go for it. Really depends on how I think I look. I've said at the beginning of this journal that I don't want to just get up there to do it. I'm pretty confident that I can tear it up once I mentally think I can. I think I have good genetics.

I hate you. You were right. I jumped into adding the cheat meals too quickly. I was eye-balling my portions, and when I weighed them...they were too fucking small. I'm not used to eating this much food, and it was quite torturous. I think I'm gonna start doing a half hour of cardio, just to get my metabolism burning faster/my appetite up.

see, i told you. for cardio i do 10 mins pre-wo to get the blood pumpin and 15 mins post just to burn a few more calories. thats almost a half hour of cardio thrown in that you dont even notice really... but its a good 300+ extra calories burned off without a torturously boring cardio session.

SATURDAY, 6/20: DELTS/TRIS
10 mins cardio
Machine shoulder press: 160 - 8, 1, not quite 1
Wide grip upright row: 120 - lots...up 5
Barbell front raise: 50 - 5, 2, 2
Dip machine: 205 - 4, 2, 3
One arm machine extension: 60 - lots...up 5
Cable pushdown: 155 - lots, up 5 (v-bar attachment)
15 mins cardio
AFTERTHOUGHTS:
The gym was virtually empty today, which was rather nice. Started incorporating cardio for several reasons, one being I need something to get my appetite up (thanks to freak for suggesting the way to sandwich it).
I'm also close to maxing out the dip machine (I probably can already, but I'm trying to really get a squeeze). Guess I'll have to re-order my exercises when I do, so I can still use it in my arsenal.
