MENS SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT CLASS (part 4)
ANTHONEIL CHAMPAGNIE:: Best symmetry so far. .. Shredded………. Victor Martinez-like……..should win this class……….. impressive
BLAIR MONE: Tan is too light and he’s not bringing the conditioning to stand out. Too soft from behind. Tons of muscle however
AUDRIUS JEGELEVICIUS: freaky muscle for sure. Thickest back on stage……. Not the best poser however.
BESHARA SHIFERAWE: good symmetry.....however very tall for the class. Needs more mass to balance out his frame
NICHOLAS ZAK:: good symmetry. Small waist. Good arms….. great abs. Needs more size to fill out his frame
MATTHEW EVANS: ripped……but too small for the class… legs needs to come up in size..
JAMES DAVIS: thick pecs…… suspiciously shot up delts…. Legs are too soft
JAMES SWANSON: ripped abs…… shredded quads…. Thick calves…… cross striated triceps. Ripped hams. Glutes can be tighter
MAURICE POLLOCK: shredded waist.. striated pecs…….. striated glutes…… feathered lower lats. Needs 10lb more muscle and he’s the winner. Impressive
AUGREY GAINES: good standing relaxed. Striated pecs….. impressive back size and width

that wasn't the question being asked. He was asking in reference to when Dave does his play-by-play and notes a person is in condition but holding a bit of water. He is trying to understand what this looks like from a comparative perspective.

absolutely!
I have only competed once and trying to figure out what watery and in shape looks liek VS fat
I still dont understand how some people can say they can tell the difference between someone who is fat and someone who just is flat or someone who is watery.
no one ever explains HOW they know that!!!Live Free, Train Hard

Anthony P said that cause when you just lost the fat it can become watery again...also when you are flat, you just lost the fat and you didn't have time to fill it back out and if you do it can become watery...so is it true fat? No, but you are not dry and good National level contest shape. You are still "fat"

I rarely say anything negative about competitors because of the work and sacrifice it takes just to get on stage. But I agree with some of the earlier statements that some of these guy do not belong competing in this show.
