ok, my meal consists of 3 scoops whey, 1.5 tbs pb. Can someone give me a good recipe to use to make pancakes/cookies. I have been dieting for 17 weeks now and want to 'spice' things up a little lol. thanks for the help

Well i tried this little recipe was almost like cake..

In a bowl combine your Whey and peanut butter (i used almond butter)
Little water stir until it becomes a batter like consistency
Microwave until for about a minute and 30 seconds until its set..

Would you be able to substitute some of the protein in the whey for some egg whites and instead of the peanut butter get your fat from ground almond? If this is possible for your specific dietary needs then you could whisk up the egg whites, mix the whey with a little water and use the ground almonds as you would flour...maybe add a bit of baking soda/powder if allowed to help them rise a bit.

lots of cinnamon
blend well in blender
cook in nonstick skillet with pam spray as pancake
top with natural nut / pb butter

THIS IS MY FAV MEAL
IF IT'S A NO FAT DAY
I HAVE SAME BUT NO NUT BUTTER ONTOP
