speed bench 185 x5 then 185x 3 , 7 sets <40 sec rest
then superset lying db tri ext 22.5 lb db 10 reps last set dropped to15 lb db
supersetted w/ standing db presses 35 lbs 10-12 reps4 sets
pulldowns hs machine 4 sets 15-10 reps < 35 sec rest
wt am 179.3 lbs

finally back to cardio 2/3 workouts and lot of walking when was in NYC
also doing more circuit training w/weights today off need to play ball w/son

Need to keep diet lost power so was tough
finally leg work again since bench meet
tonight
back front pull-ups bw 3 sets x8
seated chest supported rows 3 sets 10 reps 100 115 lbs
hs machine pull downs 100-115 3 sets 10 reps
bench 225x3 255 x3 255 x 3 255 x3 all paused reps
wslippery bar and no chalk

Shirted Bench Press
- 365 Lb x 3 reps @ 7
- 405 Lb x 3 reps @ 8
- 455 Lb x 1 reps @ 9
Notes: off 3 board 1st time in shirt long time loose shirt not all way up need to get used to heavy weight again
Bodyweight
178.7 Lb
did prior to shirt up to 275x 3
then 185 + 40 lbs chains 1 x 5
185 + 80 lbs chains 3 sets 3 reps
all reps paused then some tricep pressdowns supserset eb tricep standing ext 3 sets

raw 245 x 10-11
275 5-6 reps max 320-325 or so just turned 50
