barbell bench bands and boards
185 bar wt used 2 board 185 x 8 off 1 board
225 bar wt 3 board x 8 res
225 bar wt 2 board 5 reps
185 1 board x 8 reps
tension 100 50 lbs at bottom to 100 lbs at top
bad back spasms
did stretching glutes a couples sets glute ham raise feel betters
light hammer curls supersetted w/db tricep ext 3 sets almost no rest

trying to stay consistent been doing well heavy wts fast training time
more cardio
then my son's baseball starting up again practice today and tomorrow

baseball practice outside 2 hours
then pullups 4sets 8 reps bw
pulldowns 3-4 sets forget 8-10 reps <30 sec rest
wide grip seated cable rows also <20 sec rest last set drop set 13 reps
bench press 4 sets all long paused reps 2 w/245 lb
then cardio 15min 120 kcals eliptical

then 225 x 15 and short rest(<=30 sec) 10 reps
then db tricep ext 6 sets 20 x 8 20 x 8 25 x 8 25 x8 30 x 6 30 x 6 almost no rest
deadlifts 225 x 5 3 sets <45 sec rest

then standing row pulldown to lower chest on lat pulldown
8-10 reps 5 sets
less than min rest
