Day 25
Weight: 192.4
No lift.
Day 26
Weight: 193.4
Chest, Triceps. Had to get to the gym extra early today. Wife wants to finish Christmas shopping today...woohoo....joking....anyway not crazy about it but thought ok, we have an hour, let's make the most of it.
Felt like s#!+ at first, felt like I needed more food in me, etc., etc. Whining about everything in my head, lol. So finally I got warmed up and got started.
Bench Press
135x15, 175x8, 205x8, 225x8 (Holy Halo, what's up, this shit is kicking in, I haven't hit that in a couple years)
Incline Bench Press
135x10, 165x8, 185x8
Bodyweight Dips (wanted to do weighted but the guys broke the chain...AGAIN)
3x12
Lying Tricep Extensions SS with Rope Pressdowns
75x15 - 50x15
95x12 - 50x15
115x10 - 50x15
So another short, to the point workout, kick ass pump! Got home and did a few sets of push ups, don't really know why, just started hittin' em' when I walked in the door. Anyway this little baby cycle of mine is kicking in nicely. This equals a cruise for a lot of guys, but to me it's great, natural for 41 years, then this, yeah I feel it. I love this non-overtrain workout system, lol, train less, grow more!

Day 30
Weight: 195.4
Off
Day 31
Weight: 195.2
Quads, Calves
I think this switch to day shift is killing me this week because I felt tired and not real fired up to lift. Much less squat. My form felt off, knee felt funny, not a spectacular workout.
Squats
205x10, 245x8, 265x8, 275x7
Leg Extensions Superset with Light Squats
??? x 20reps - 135 x 12 x 3
Decided to do some more squats and try to find my stroke, get my form in line because it just felt totally off. I think I was protecting my knee and was just off line a little.
Seated Calf
90x50, 90x50
Leg Press Calf
??? x 40, ??? x 40
Better luck next time...

No workouts! Flat out exhausted from switch to day shift. Didn't sleep well all week. All I did was sleep for these two days! Only took 2 caps of Halo on both of these days, wasn't awake enough to eat and space out the pills.

Abs
Hanging Leg Raises 2 sets, Ab Machine 2 sets, Ab Exercise on Ball my therapist showed me, like a stabilization thing - 2 sets

Worked in some Chest Dips also on 4 sets or so across the Pressing movements. Great pump, good workout. Finally had some energy today. Hopefully adjust to new schedule better next week.

Haven't chimed in for a few days. I am on my last day today. 2 pills left. To sum up I think Halo was a good product. I used it in an attempt at a clean bulk. I gained strength, I gained 13 lbs., not all muscle of course, but I feel it was a successful little run. I feel that I stayed leaner than with out it compared to other times I gained that much weight in a little over a month. I have tried several IML products: FlexRX, ACS, OstaRX, and now Halo, liked them all. I want to try the M-Sten next. I am going to watch the latest logs and see how it goes for Last, BigB, and Manimal while my system cleans out. Happy Holidays!
