    Best idea for Ross would be to completely re-invent him self.
    Change his name and posting style and then he would probably start earning a lot more money.
    Character is important but at this stage it probably hurts him more than it helps.
    I remember him from years back going on about primobolan cycles and how awesome he was. lol
    Go for a mens physique pro card god knows enough are given out these days.
    Then push his "unique" (lol) methods via an online site like many of us already do...

    My career and living is my company, Supreme Sports Enhancements. All of this other stuff, I do out of sheer love for the art of bodybuilding. I am not looking to benefit monetarily from my bodybuilding ideas and philosophies..

    Try dividing your current workout--the exact same routine--in to 3 separate workouts, instead of one big, long workout.

    Then, gradually increase volume per workout, so you end up doing 3 full workouts per day, usually on the same muscle group(s).

    Training an individual muscle many consecutive days in a row, is a another great strategy, but it has to been done properly..

    I don't consume any protein shakes--BY THEMSELVES--at all. Meaning, I use powders only to SPIKE protein content per meal beyond 100g, in conjunction with WHOLE FOODS. A shake by itself is absolutely inferior to a plate of food. There is no need at all for a "post workout shake", you'd be much better off eating a 16oz steak and 2 baked potatoes.

    WHEY protein is also INFERIOR to complete Milk Protein Isolate, as well as good old fashioned egg protein. I use a combo of all three.
