29 year old test levels
I got my test levels checked recently because I have been experiencing some symptoms, fatigue, no motivation, no sex drive, weak workouts, joint pain, some anxiety, ect....
The results came back as total test: 410 ng/dl and free test: 66.6 pg/ml.
These seem a little on the low side for a 29 yr old to me. any insight on these numbers would be appreciated.
a little of my background: I've been lifting for over ten years and I had previously used AAS and quite a few PHs back in my early 20's without proper PCT. I havent used anything like that for that past four or five years now though.

Your free and total testosterone levels are within normal limits but could be optimized to the 80-90 percentile adjusted for age. Since you are relatively young you may want to ask your health care provider if human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) would help raise your testosterone levels . That way you'd be making for of your own testosterone rather than getting exogenous testosterone.
HCG acan be used as post cycle therapy or used in smaller doses during a cycle.
