Thank you everyone for the compliments! Glad I have a video finally.. It was the hardest thing I ever did in the gym lol.
Big Barry - You are right haha. Maybe I will bring him to the bros vs pros for legs whenever the next one is. He still has bigger legs than me too so that is motivation in itself

I think this is so cool. You really have great form in your exercise. You got
down low to the ground with each rep and didn't roll your back. I think you
should be able to go for 400 before you know it! Keep it up!

After this I actually finished up my leg workout.. but I needed a... 45 minute break.. haha.
I felt AMAZING that night, didn't think I would be sore at all.. Woke up on thanksgiving and was dead.. I felt sick and sore for 2-3 days after. I shot a video Wednesday for legs, one week later and they were still tight and a bit "weaker" than normal.
