This is why Platz had the legs he had...this type of workout is far superior to low rep/heavy ass squats. My legs sucked until I stopped trying to lift heavy..they still need work.

Thanksgiving dinner helped with recovery
I definitely agree with this. My legs have never felt so sore.. I usually stick to about 8-12 reps on squat, sometimes more, and higher reps for everything else on legs these days. Back in the day I would do the sets of 1-3 and it did little to nothing to help my legs grow at all.

That's amazing.. your a beast...
I thought of this when I walked out 315 the other night.. " Damn how did Matty, do this 41 times ? " and I just re racked it.. I may never squat again..
