Better Blood Pressure Med Than Lisinopril

Im diabetic and on Lisinopril for high BP. This shit makes me feel horrible. Constant cough, weakness, lethargic. What's the best alternative that will not screw up my bodybuilding lifestyle?

If you're getting a cough from the ACE-I (common side effect) you may want to ask your doctor about switching you to an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB).

Other options would be switching to a beta blocker or calcium channel blocker but both work by reducing the contractility of the heart which wouldn't help the lethargy.

Try using celery seed extract and ubiquinol. It works for most people to lower BP.

I've been on Vaseretic and Norvasc for years now. I've noticed that when I added CoQ10 into my regimine it aided in my bp going even lower!

My BP for the most part isn't all that high but being a type 2 diabetic it is mandatory that you run BP meds. They are trying to keep you from kidney dialysis as long as possible.
