And there you have it --- now, once again, settled in, head down, and doing some SERIOUS Homework and letting decisions rest for a little bit.
Much love to those of you who have helped me keep my head straight and offline and online - been of HUGE support and team to me!!
Have a GREAT weekend - updates to come!!~Lorrie ~ Mediocrity is NOT an option! ~

PFE checkin in --
All is going strong. Few training highlights from the last week:
PR - Deadlift from floor - 235# X 6
- Deadlift from bar at knee level - 260# X 6 + 2 (assisted on last two)
Dips are back in full force -
BW X 20 X 15 X 10 - do these with a 30sec rest between so 20, 15, 10
Delt side laterals - run the rack - 25#, 20#, 15#, 10# all X 10 - then 8# X 25
6 ways - 12# X 10, 12# X 8, 10# X 10 X 2
Reverse Pec Dec - 85# X 15 X 3 70# X 15 X 1
Leg Press - 6PL X 45second continuous pressing - 2min break ... repeat X 4
Have been training at 4AM and actually finding it works for me quite well - with current work schedule and family responsibilities - it sorta serves multiple purposes to get my head straight and juices flowing for the day, opens up my after work time to be a bit less stressed and chaotic not scheduling the gym in, and I'm finding my strength seems to be fresher in the early mornings before my brain is fried for the day...so win, win, win
I trained with Jimmy Canyon a couple weeks ago which came with some great input and little tweaks to my form on certain lifts and sure to be some more to come.....
That's the skinny from PFE's part of the world ~

What time to you get to bed? I get by on about six hours sleep each night with an occasional cat nap. Bed at midnight and up at 6 then on my commute. I've had friends encourage me to try the 4 or 5 a.m. workout, but I am noooooot a morning person.
Thanks for posting the pics. So few people are willing to do that.

Hi Curt! I'm usually in bed between 9 and 9:30....takes me a little bit to wind down and fall asleep....guessing I'm out by 10.... i NEVER would have thought I'd prefer the wee AM training...but amazed at how good I feel and ZERO issues with energy or strength that early. Actually a little more drive.
Ty on pics....not always crazy about posting pics but...ALWAYS can clearly see my homework and not ashamed to be real with everyone!~Lorrie ~ Mediocrity is NOT an option! ~
