    Default The cameras are turned! Mike Pulcinella is challenged to try a CrossFit workout!

    During the filming of several high intensity workouts earlier this year, the co-owner of the gym where we were shooting challenged me to join a CrossFit class. He took my camera, filmed me trying it for the first time and this video is the result.

    Mike is a documentary GOD - all his vids just fly by because he drags you in with his sexy voice!

    Crossfit looks like 50% torture - 50% exercise. lol

    That sounds about right! LOL! But I find it to be fun. I don't do it all the time, just to add some variety to my workouts.

    Perform each movement as fast as possible. Move from one exercise to the next without stopping.

    This video actually dispels the myth that Cross-Fit is gay etc. It looks similar to training in the army. Designed specifically to make the individual more functional.

    crossfit is banned in many special elite units.
