Day 4!
I have come to the conclusion that I might have caught a stomach bug (something is going around at work and people won't stay home (use sick time yo) or just be clean, so I finally caught something)
Tonight I was going to go in and kill arms and just try to pound through it, but I have decided that might not be the best plan of action.
Taking the evening off from the gym to just rest and hydrate (lowering carbs as well, which is what I would normally do when I hit arms)
Tomorrow, hopefully back in tip top shape to kill some back.
Nothing new to yet, probably needs a few days to get into my system. But I can't wait to see the results.

Day 5!!!!!
BEFORE I GET INTO IT, Here is some Pre Workout Motivation I used tonight
Today was a good day, got all my meals in and stayed hydrated. My appetite was even back a little bit. Still a little bloated, but I seem to be more vascular and harder/fuller than usual (could be water retention from the sickness, but could also be from the M-STEN....I will go with a combo of the two)
GYM JAM:
Tonight was a BIG BACK DAY!!!!
Started off with pull ups and pull over (machine) for my warm ups - 3 sets of each
Barbell Rows in Smith Machine (Mountain Dog style) - 12 reps today. Used the 65 lb bar and I would say got a max of 195 lbs for row (did them Lee Hany style all the way bent over)
Straight Grip Pull downs - 4 sets, with max weight of 160 lbs
T - Bar row Machine - 4 sets, went up to 3 plates....did a burn out on last set with 12 reps, drop a plate, 12 reps, drop a plate....burn out with 30 reps with one plate
Deadlifts 3 sets got up to 225 with a set of shrugs after each set
Low Cable rows 3 sets
Stretchers (Mountain Dog) 3 sets....100 lbs
Did some rear delts and hit some abs and cardio!!!!
GREAT WORKOUT, and I felt great and strong!!!
Having a refeed weekend, and doing some Christmas shopping and helping a friend put up lights tomorrow.

Day 6!!!
Hit the gym early this am (about 10) and did a little bit of pump work for legs (sets of 25 to 30) and the worked arms
Incline Dumbbell Curls
Rope Push downs
Machine Curls
Close Grip Bench
Barbell Curls
Incline Skull Crushers
Got a GREAT pump and arms felt HUGE. Had a few comments about my size at the gym. One guy asked if I was a college football player (because I was built like a house and solid) and another could not believe I only weighed 235!!!
So that was a nice start to the day. Ending the day with a nice little refeed (Pizza) and had a great day Christmas shopping for my parents and nephews!!!

Day 8
Yesterday was just a cardio and ab day at the gym, so no real reason for an update. I did notice that even though I was on no carbs (which is what I do on Sunday, until my last meal of the day which is a CARB LOAD). I was a lot fuller and more vascular than I have been in the past
NOW TODAY's LOG!!!
Gym Motivation:
Today was a great day, I really feel the M-Sten kicking in. I had this warming sensation NON stop all day. I was really warm and sweating. But I did notice I was a lot more vascular than in the past.
Tonight I hit chest and it went very well. I noticed strength increases in everything and also noticed that I did not burn out as fast as I have in the past. My stamina has increased and I am able to recover between sets faster than normal.
I was doing more weight this week, and even more reps with weight that was heavy last week.
Overall the PUMP was GREAT and I am noticing great changes with my mood.
Gym Jam from tonight:
Just got done putting my Christmas presents in their packages to send out tomorrow before the gym. Man, its gonna cost a bundle to ship up North (Indiana and Illinois) but hey, its about giving rather than receiving!!!
