    I would say maybe 10% increase in a week. Last week I did 70 lbs for 12 reps (with a spotter), this week I hit the 70s for 16 reps and then the 80s for 10 reps with no spot

    So 10% sounds good

    Day 9

    Woke up hella late (like an HR late, and was rushed in the AM hard). I was like crap I am going to miss my breakfast, but then I remembered I can get food at work.

    So as soon as I got to work I ordered 3 omelets One regular egg omelet with spinach and two egg white ones with ham....lets just say I was in a FULL mood after that meal.

    Felt good, and pumped all day. I can really feel the M-Sten kicking in!!!

    Hit legs HARD tonight, weight increases all around the place.

    I even worked my way up to 225 on the Hack Squat (which is a lot for me, as I am not a HUGE fan of hack squatting).

    Legs were pumped, arms with very vascular and it was a great workout. I have noticed that I am not catching my breath as much and I am able to keep pushing those extra reps out with ease because my stamina has increased a ton

    Another thing that I am seeing is a increase in libido and my mood is up. Might check the weight tomorrow, or I will wait until Friday, let's see how I feel going into tonight.

    actually, that is about a 14.5% increase, rather than 10%.... just sayin

    Day 10

    Hit shoulders HEAVY and HARD tonight. The PUMP was INSANE. After my first set of presses, the pump just took over and my shoulders were in PAIN. But it was a good pain.

    When I was finishing up with shrugs (and the weight I used felt like nothing in my hands this week, versus last week where it was heavy) everything was popping and blowing up. I was BLOWN away about how everything was looking

    I've been feeling dryer lately and even look harder than I was about a week ago, its crazy how fast this stuff has kicked in.

    Tomorrow is a low carb arm day, so lets see what kind of pump I get with this stuff!!! I am excited to find out myself. I decided I will be checking my weight on Friday after my lift so I can get about a good solid 2 weeks of M-Sten to see how my weight has changed.

    Nothing better.then.that swoll the f'uk up feelin and everything feels light....interested to see your wieght...looks like alot of the new m-sten users are seeing a drier gain then a sd/dmz type compound....so body comp changes are more defined...

    Thats what I am saying. I am anxious to see my weight (if it has changed at all) I will even take a lb.

    Day 11!!!!

    Big arms tonight, with ONLY one carb meal. Energy didn't drop like most people would think. I was a bit bloated today but still felt pumped and full like CRAZY; I've noticed that I am drinking more water than usual, that I have somewhat of a dehydrated feeling, but I am far from it

    Hit arms and the pump almost became unbearable. Everything swelled up FAST and my arms (especially the biceps) were in a TON of pain. But I felt great.

    I was able to pump out a ton more reps than usual. And everything felt great, arms looks HUGE, veins popping. I was like DAMN I like this

    Tomorrow is another normal day, I need to finish up my Christmas shopping (giftcards haha) for my friends and a few co workers. But SUNDAY will be a lifting day as Monday and Tuesday I am off from the gym because of the holiday (even though I have to work day before and day after)
