Will post pre pic tomorrow my wife's camera is missing the cord to download pics until tomorrow.
Have 2 things I want to focus on.
1. Just did a bench contest at at 173 bw benched 330 with room for more although it was touch n go. So I am going to hopefull get to 350 at about the same weight.
2. I have competed in bodybuilding and not looking to be precontst right now but want to try to get closer to a condition that is better for an offseason so I am not too sloppy so when it is time I do not have to kill myself in dieting. Of course this time of year is probably the hardest time to clean up diet. I am eating healthy but not clean enough now. So here we go. Once again thank-you so much Iron Mag labs I will do my best for Iron Mag Labs and M STen and show what it can do for others as well.
Today got to work and wt 177.5 pre breakfast with about 5 lbs work clothes on, so probably 172-173 am however did have coffee w/1 scoop protein poweder pre weighing.
Today ate oatmeal and prot powder 2 times a sandwhich rost beef from wife's job(free food) a couple of granola bars,
2, 6 oz pieces lean steak 1` small bag baked chips.
dinner1 chick breast 1/2 cup brocc 1 tbs nuts, 1/c cup sugar free ice cream.
Wanted to do legs tonight but got out of work late and did not have enough time, and was mentally drained from work, so did some benching and will do legs and squats tomorrow.
workout
12/10/12 bench w/u 225 x 8 275 x6 305 x 3 then 315 x 1 maybee 1 more rep but came down to 275 x6 arms shaking and wanted to do some flyes and inclines but had to go home next chest workout.
Will again post a pre log pic tomorrow.

I started w/1 tab yesterday had a meeting close to home so came home for a min.
Was starving last night 1st day and could not fall asleep.
See what happens tonight with legs

tired this am, work mentally draining but starting m sten 1 tab day and looking for to going to gym after work helps alot. Then seeing the logs and the comments on my log also helps to keep going.
Diet today still need to clean more
prot powder oats 2 x
turkey cheese sandwhich(again from my wife's work w/baked pot chips)
pre workout granola bar
post workout
2 chick breast w/smart fat free cheese 1 slice 1 cup pasta w/broccoli peanutrs/macadamian nuts 1/4 cup. not done yet appetite climbing.
Legs tonight did not weigh today
Squats w/texas bar(55lb bar) bar w/u 105 w/u 195 x 8 235 x 8 285 x 5
285 x 5 2nd set easier ridiculous can bench more but need to grind leg workouts had a lot of nagging lower back knee problems over year but just need to warm up good need to get my condition for leg training better so can increase volume. legs were feeling alittle shakey already
my gym has a paramount squat machine machine is not empty weight added 50 lbs 3 sets 8 reps and legs shaking more similar to a front squat,
then leg ext 4 sets 8-13
lying leg curls 4 sets 10-15 reps last sets double drop
leg adduction and adbuction 2 sets 15 reps ss also ss w/ stright leg raises
then straight to some cruches.
Feel soreness starting already!!!

need alot of work clean up diet but not cut calories, and sweep in quads.
bw 172-173 am need to weigh again tomorrow.
