well yes agree but in bb if go that direction again have to shave.
Thanks my son is a great boy and makes my day when I see him and come home from a stressful day of work.
Good day at gym although shoulder hurting a little bit so did not go to failure on cg bench
cg benc w/u to 225 x 7 245 x5 265 x 5 275 x 3
Tri ext machine behind head 4 sets 10-15 reps
pushdowns 3 sets 10-15 reps
facepulls for rear delts 4 ses 15 reps
side laterals ss w/front laterasl 12-15-20 lb db 10-15 reps each set
shoulder machine presses 3 sets 12-15 reps <30 sec rest between sets
Diet pretty good today although stressful work day
oats prot powder
sugar free yogurt granola bar
turkey sandwhich
chick breast brocc
small tube cashews
post workout chick thigh brocc 1/4 potato 1 sl fat free cheese tbsp low fat mayo

back hams today
sumo deads 225 x 5 275 x 4 315 x4 building up slowly reverse hypers 3 sets 12-15 reps <30 sec rest between sets
pullups 4 sets 8-12 reps last set wiped out <60 sec rest 1st 3 sets 12 12 10 reps
then machine wide grip rows 3 sets 15 -10 reps last set trip drop set
undergrip pulldowns also 12-10 10 reps <30 sec sets then done real good pump in lats
notice arms def pump up quicker and bigger see a little more abs and not changed diet actually had a lot of ba snacks from work today.

feel much better today 100% by tomorrow
good leg day squats w/squat bar(55lb bar) 195 x 8 225 x 8 285 x6 had a couple more bu no spot
6th rep was a little touch but w/spot can get 8 feels like. squats deep and veyr strict.
leg ext 4 sets 8-15 reps last set drop set
squat machine it is a heavy machine like very strict front squats and do not need to add much weight esp if do last for quads 4 sets 10-12 reps <60 sec rest
lying leg curls 12, 10, 10 and 8 reps last 2 were drop sets.

Bench press getting close to goal
bench w/tube under lower back to accentuate using chest
w/u to 225 x 8 275 x7(had 1 more rep)295 x5 (5th rep failure) felt done but went to 315 so felt ifdid 295 for would have had more reps.
315 x 3 lost groove on 2nd rep but last rep a little help
Nothing like attempting the weight but calculated 295 x 5 340-345 about.
Will test myself at end of this m-sten.
incline bar bench 185 x 8(4 sts last set drop to 135 x 10)
then pec deck very light 15 reps ss/rear delt machine 15 reps
then side laterals ss w/fornt laterals 15 reps 3 ss 15 lb db then 8 lb db 20 reps each
then db shoulder press 25 lb 15 reps ss/crunches 20 resps 3 ss
great pump want to also beside test for max on bench to shave and take pic post chest/shoulder workout. Def get a great pump.
didnot rest between shoulder workout not more than a few sec great pump and og heart rate up.
Shoulder a little sore ice on it right now.

still 1 cap/day and feel real strong esp w/front torso excersises and great pump in arms and chest.

sore as he## in chest good feeling.
Had dentist appointment today so messed up eating some but should be ok tomorrow
gums sore have to keep w/flossing etc,
You younger guys need to make sure you take care of your teeth when you eat alot you cna getmore plague build up. Just do not ignoire it!!!
Feel like getting bigger and stronger need to weigh tomorrow.

yes me too wt up to prb 174-175 am up 1-2 lbs
arms today dg bench off 2 boar w/ paused reps up to 275 x 5 reps 2 sets
then tri ext machine behind head 3 ss /w barbell preacher curls 3 sets `10-15 reps on tri ex 8-12 reps on barbell preacher curls
3 ss machine dips w/machine curls 12-15 reps each clsoe to stack on dips
then hammer db curls 3 sets <30 sec reps between sets 20lb db to 25 to 30 lb for each sets 12 reps
