Test bench day got 345 pretty easy should be 350 or >bw wt about 175
could not believe was a little worried at lift off and spotter said wt was too easy.
Also did back pullups b w 5 sets 12-15 reps
machine chest asupported pulls 5 sets 10-15 reps
barbell shrugs w/hooks no wraps 225 4 sets wanted to wait until end of m stn before pic but thought looked bigger already post workout today not a real chest wsorkout of cousre spider man in pic

yes was doing pullups today like when dieting and weigh 160 but weigh about 175 repping it out,
bench prob about 330-335 maybee 340 at staart
345 was easy was shocked prob can get 350 but not going to chance maxing out right now
rathter next workout go for reps w/315

shoulders and arms light day not alot of time pre holiday
shoulders ss facepulls side lateral machine
db side laterals w/db presses 20 lb db side alterals w/50 lb db 3 ss
then arms db tri ext w/db curls 4 ss
then machine tri ext w/pracher curls
then dip machin going for stack but a few plates away

definately with Holiday eating a lot of trukey and carbs and calories taht and m-sten should gain anotehr 1-2 lb's.
during tris today elbows hurt some esp on db ext.

Thanks Big B you too yah I saw your post too and thought about your elbows keep them safe need to do alot of warm up with tricpes esp.

was planning on getting back to gym today but did not sleep great and had to catch up sleep and some other stuff at home. So will be back on track tomorrow.
Eating alot of turkey, oatmeal and prot powder, plus other left overs.

wish could post a pci of training and do need to weigh again looked like the thickest in the gyn today
legs
leg ext 3 sets 10 to 15 reps
squats w/u 225 x 6 then 275 4 sets 5 reps deep and very good speed coming def had a lot more but med close stance and belt only no wraps and was getting real good rep and esp last rep of sets w/275 felt like a pause rep as last rep deeper then other reps
reverse hypers 50 lbs 3 sets 12-14 reps <60 sec rest
then ss lying leg curls 10-15 reps w/machine lying hacksquats 12-14 reps felt great heart rate.
legs shaking,
was tired pre workout but felt good getting workout done,

back sorry
back sorry had soime $ prob had to change internet and phone was out for about a week
weighed 180 lbs w/gym clothes on at night last week
benched 275 7-8 reps and 315 for 3 reps
squatted tonight(55 lb squat bar)011.jpg 235 x 10 285 2 sets 5 with alot more to go had nospot and was in rush to get home but ready to get coing

posts up to date now tricep day did some reg benching 1st getting now reps w/315 1 set of 3 rpes felt like could get 2 sets of 3 but 2nd set lost groove at top
then cg bench 4 sets 5-6 reps 3 sec pause then db tri ext 80-95 lb db 8 reps each.
