Big B's M-STEN Rx™ Log
M-STEN Rx™ - Pro-Anabolic Compound
I was privileged to be chosen as a logger for the new M-STEN Rx product by IML. The product just arrived this afternoon, so I will be starting my log now. I am taking one pill this evening to get the ball rolling. Will be taking 2 caps a day for the next 30 days.
Starting weight is 230 in the AM. I will be taking progress pics for comparison as well. My current split is as follows:
Chest
Legs
Back
Pump Chest Day
Pump Leg Day
Pump Back Day
Arms
I will be taking rest days only when needed. Workouts are designed by John Meadows. Nutrition by Shelby Starnes.
If anyone has anything specific they would like me to include in this log, let me know! I look forward to the next 30 days.

Today was just my pump leg day. Tweaked my back 1.5 weeks ago squatting, so i took it easy on that. Workout was:
6 sets seated leg curls
4 sets adductor
4 sets squats
4 sets leg extensions
Didn't go any heavier than 225 on squats, but was doing sets of 20. Legs got a great pump today. Had a little aggression issue going into the gym, not sure if related to M-Sten. Haven't had any anger issues in MONTHS until today. The gym was packed and I flipped a U turn to get a spot and some little twat hauled ass and stole it! It's too soon to see any substantial impacts

Sorry about the inconsistencies with the log already. My cats thought it would be funny to chew through my macbook charger, so i havent been able to charge my computer.
Wednesday ended up being an off day and diet wasnt on par.
Yesterday I did a little back pump and arms. Arms felt like they were going to explode they were so pumped. I've noticed myself getting extremely vascular too. I know it's working, because some guy at the gym asked if I was a pro bber LOL. He asked how big my arms were and i said 18.5 or 19 and he thought they were closer to 21. I told you, this shit pumped my arms like no other!
The only downside i'm starting to find is im getting lethargic already. Slept 9 hours last night and still feel meat this morning. Today will be chest day, so im curious to see if strength is up at all

Great workout in the books today. Chest/delts:
Incline dumbbell
Banded Hammer Strength
Reverse incline barbell
stretch pushups
Bent over side laterals
Cage Presses
Front dumbbell raises
Starting to notice an increase in strength for sure. Went up to 130s on incline dumbbells and repped out 335 on reverse band incline. I think the most ive ever done on incline without bands was like 250ish, so this was major for me. Doing it with reverse bands was probably one of the most fun exercises ive done in ages. If I'm seeing strength gains already, I cant wait to see where this puts me in 4 weeks
