Alright I'm back! Had to fork out $80 to get a new mac charger thanks to los gatos.
Saturday was a solid leg day. I kept the squats a little lighter, due to lingering back pain, but had some pretty good explosive sets.
Lying leg curls
Squats
Leg Press
Lunges
Leg Extensions
Straight leg deads
Ended up maxing out the leg press, which I haven't done in ages. After being on for a week, strength gains are clearly coming along

Yesterday was back day. Had an incredible pump and another good workout.
Meadows rows
One arm pull downs
Straight arm pull downs
Barbell shrugs
Banded hyperextensions (my favorite)
I've been feeling more tired as of late and am thinking thats due to the MSten. It's starting to fuck up my routine, due to oversleeping. I've been working loooong days as is, so the lethargy isn't welcomed. Having to take today off training, because I have additional work to catch up on. Diet has also been fucked (usually prep meals in the AM). I'm going to need to readjust my schedule and prep meals at night now. Will be heading home to AZ for vacation on Friday, so it should be easier to diet without having to work

No kidding, about a week before I began I had a cold and an upper respiratory infection. Salt Lake City has the worst pollution in the winter, so everyone is getting sick here. When it gets cold, all the pollution sinks into the valley which is what I've been breathing everyday lol

You got that right brother. To put it in perspective, I usually visit ~8 accounts a day. Yesterday I had to go to 34. However, I am on vacation now and back on my grind! Yesterday was an off day, but back to it today. Hit arms this morning:
Rope pushdowns superset w one arm overhead extensions
Bench dips superset w incline skulls crushers
Barbell curls superset w hammer curls
Preacher ez bar curls superset w reverse grip curls
Despite not training for 3 days, I had an incredible pump and was back in the groove right away. I get insane pumps from it and still getting more vascular. I tweaked my elbow right in the beginning w the rope pushdowns. Was going heavier than usual, which makes it clear that I'm seeing strength gains. It's one week in an I can say I am clearly seeing strength, pumps, and vascularity coming in. Good stuff so far!

That's what shocked me the most. I spent 13.5 hours driving to AZ yesterday and am finally home for Christmas vacation. My elbow is killing me from Thursday still. I think i may have tweaked a tendon or ligament. Will be hitting chest today and will let yall know how it goes!

Damaged tendons cant stop us.. especially when were on msten haha
I hit chest tonight. Was a pretty basic workout, but still good. This week I hit reverse band incline press again. I repped 365 for reps this week Last week I did 335. I think makes it clear that M-sten is very effective in terms of strength gains

Killer leg day in the books today. The few days off I had this week made a hell of a difference. Today consisted of:
4 sets of laying leg curls
10 sets of squats
10 sets of leg press (I did a set, partner did a set, then I would go again with no breaks)
1 set of leg extensions with 3 drops
3 sets of straight leg deeds
I did banded squats, so it would alleviate some of the knee pain on the bottom portion of squats. Video from the 5th set of squats:
