Today was a more average back workout. A bit predicted after yesterdays leg workout. It consisted of:
Meadows rows
one arm supinated pull downs
close grip pull downs
dumbbell shrugs
banded hyperextensions
Saw an old friend today and told him I weighed 230 right now. He was blown away how big/full I look for 230. I'd like to attribute some of that to the msten

230 wow. Thanks Big B you too yah I saw your post too and thought about your elbows keep them safe need to do alot of warm up with tricpes esp.

Thanks man! I dont typically train for strength, but have been pushing it a little more lately. The Msten has made that a lot easier too.
Yesterday was off due to Christmas. The gym wouldn't stay open to accommodate me haha
Today was chest and had another good workout:
Incline dumbbell
Reverse band flat barbell bench
Smith Incline
Flat dumbbell
Bent over laterals
Cage Presses
Angled side laterals
Was able to go up to 4 plates on reverse banded flat bench. The bands obviously made a big difference (2 plates on each side felt like 135). Never had 4 plates on each side and felt great being able to rep that out. I'm really enjoying the banded workouts from meadows and being able to go so heavy. Felt a lot weaker today and it took a lot to get warmed up, but I think it was due to my issues with dieting these past few days.

Today was arms/calves/abs
Bicep barbell curls superset w/ rope pushdowns
Hammer curls superset w/ dips between benches
Decline skull crushers superset w/ ez bar curls
Standing calf raises superset w/ dorsiflexion
Leg Raises
Decline crunches
Went a lot heavier than usual on my hammer curls, but kept tris a bit lighter due to the tweak I had earlier last week. The one change I've noticed over the past few days is libido is through the roof! Holy shit, my sex drive hasn't been this high in ages. It took a little longer for me to notice this side effect, but it is unreal now that it has kicked in

I just started talking to a lady friend recently.. She's going to be doomed here shortly! and Big Barry never ceases to amaze me.. I'm sure there is a gif of that too
Today was back day..
One arm barbell rows
One arm suppinated pull downs
Stretchers (first time doing them and loved it!)
Barbell shrugs
Banded hyperextensions
Workout was sub par, but got a great pump. Went into the gym with a headache, so every set was brutal. I've been under eating lately and think that caused it. Vacation has really thrown my schedule off and I need to crack down on this diet!

Pec minor dips superset with over and back presses
Bent over laterals
Spider crawls
6 ways
a bit o abs
Massive pump today!! Felt like my pecs were going to explode during the hex presses. Gym weight was 237. Libido is still insane.. cant describe how bad (or good) it is haha
