WOW! This is pretty crazy, about four years back I used to train with a guy named Rick McMillan at Gold Gym Appleyard in Tally and this dude used to train there. WOW! Congratulation big man!!! Kinda cool to see someone out of Tallahassee on here producing work!

Thanks Aaron and thanks all of you who have read my articles up to this point. My goal is to bring Rx articles and content that I would personally enjoy reading if I were looking for something entertaining on the site. I get tired of reading all of the same boring stuff on all the various sites on the internet, so hopefully this will livin' things up a little. For now, look for a new article every Monday night. And if you're ever looking for me to tackle a specific topic shoot me a PM and maybe it'll make the headline!

Rick is a great trainer and awesome guy. I believe he was a champion at Team U not too long ago as well. Those Tallahassee gyms were awesome, been a long time since I've been there, but some great workouts and great memories.

He competed a few time in the Team U. His best placing was second in the heavys I believe.
