I'm trying to get one in place, but I'm afraid of what its going to cost me.
Bumped up two caps a day, after having a good run last week, so I'm pretty excited to how this week turns out.
Chest and tris tonight, a little max effort bench so hopefully the M-sten will help me push out a few more reps..

Chest and Triceps
Nice heavy workout, felt really good.. Strength is up a good bit, from a few weeks ago (my last max effort session) so things are going well. Pumps have been much much better since starting the M-sten, can't wait to see how much difference 2 caps a day is going to make.

Back and Biceps
Again another heavy session, Hit a new PR on sumo deads and had just a great workout. Bicep pump actually hurt by the end of the workout, had a good pump going into the bicep part of the workout, so I knew it was going to be good.

Delts / traps and calves
I have pretty weak delts, so the workout wasn't as heavy as some, but Scott still did a great job of killing me.. By the end of the workout it actually looked like I had delts, so I was pretty happy.
Back was hating me all day today, so I've been stretching as much as I can to try and keep things from getting to tight. But being sore means your growing right ?
Still feeling pretty good, not tired during the day or anything like that.. still really happy with the run so far.
