    I'm enjoying it very much even more so than Super DMZ.. pumps are crazy, I did legs last night and thought my quads were going to split. Strength is way up, I don't seem to be holding water like I did on SuperDMZ.. things are great so far..

    I'm going to be taking the next four days off for the holidays and rest up to hit things even harder next week.

    Ok, back training today after my little Christmas break and felt really good. Chest and Triceps tonight, beat my max bench by 15 pounds so strength is way up.

    I also had the best pump i think I've ever had. pumps have been great with the M-sten, but this was even better, must have been the extra food from Christmas dinner.

    I'll update my weight next Monday, I'm sure I'm up a little more than normal, being off my diet for a few days..

    Yes sir, had a great back workout last night and was about to sumo dead 425, with my previous best being 405 and I actually felt like I might of had a little more left..

    So far everything is still moving right along.. delts, traps and calves tonight, should be a nice short workout were I can't walk after calves..

    So now that the holidays are out of the way, i can update this a little bit..

    Morning weight was 195, so I'm up about 10 pounds since the beginning of the M-Sten log, strength is up a good bit, I'll have to look back and see where at when I started, but in 3 weeks I've added a good amount to pretty much all my lifts, not that I'm strong by any means, but still it's a huge improvement over were I was before.

    I still have no bad sides, will a pretty good increase in acne, but that's not really that bad and I have horrible skin anyways and then there's the consent desire to attack my wife, which she feels is a horrible side effect.. I'm not in agreement..


    Great leg workout last night, still getting pumps very quickly , strength is very good and i'm still recovering just as quickly as before.. So far it's a great run.

    Strength gains have been very solid....body comp changes havnt been.bad either....for those who dont know...i do lasts training/diet etc...the gains he has made on m-sten have been even more suprising to me then what i thought...and honestly sides have been bare min...

    Ok, not a whole lot new to report.. Weight still about 195 , still getting great pumps especially arms and delts. I'm really not looking forward to the run ending next week, but it will be interesting to see how much of the gains hold on.

    I'm coming down to my last few doses and only because I started out at 1 cap a day. So by the end if the week, ill have wrapped up the run.

    I've seen some of the other loggers having reduced appetite and I've only started to notice that on the last week, I also have more acne, but outside of that nothing really negative.

    I have had a very good increase in strenght and added about 10 pounds with no water.

    I'll try and check back in to update the log with my weight, strength etc.. but I'm going to say its been a much better run for me than SuperDMZ 2.0 was

    I think this is a great log for anyone to follow. I have to ask you a question and let
    me know if I'm being too forward but what type of nutrition do you include in your
    diet? What type of regiment do you have? Is it based on low carb or what?

    i can answer that for ya since i do his diet..last is on a modified paleo style diet..carbs come mostly from fruit and some oats etc..this diet style works well for last and it is also most likely oneof the main reasons he didnt bloat or hod much water...fruit is his friend!!
