    Where all your variables the same (nutrition, training, consistancy) the same now on the M-Stem as it was on the DMZ 2.0?

    Training was done by S2H for both runs, but as my strength went up during the Msten run we did go a good bit heavier.

    Diet with the Super Dmz run was done by Jason Thebold and then S2H for the M-sten. Over all calories ended up higher on the M-sten run, but it seemed I was able to keep adding to my macros without adding fat ( or at least very little addition )

    So maybe it's not a fair comparison, I'll dig out my log book later tonight to see what the differences in gains were.

    yea makes you wonder how much (if any) you responding better to one over the other can be attributed to diet. I been doing paleo for about 4 months now and responding a lot better to it than with keeping grains, dairy and starches in my diet. Switched my carbs from mainly potatoes, rice and oats to all fruits and sweet potatoes, switched my fats from peanut butter to almonds and cut out the dairy. Overall I'm taking in a lot more carbs but have got'n good bit leaner and subsequently more round and full looking. Also just feel better overall.

    yes agree to above with healthy fats and sweet potato help w/full look in muscles for sure.
    To compare what works best it depends what goals are and how train and keep the diet similar for a fair comparison to how compounds work for you.

    Funny, when I switched to paleo I saw basically the same results..I was able to lean out on more carbs and wasn't holding as much water as before.

    I have always found paleo style diets to work best for lean gains and to mitigate the sides that come with my of the stronger.compounds out there....you(nsp)would be a prime example....you have done all the "big boy" compounds and have had less sides then most...clearly this kind of diet isnt suited for super bulks or stage preps in its current.fashion....but it accomplishes the goal at hand..

    So the run is over, so I went back through my log book and thought I'd give a brief synopsis..

    Started Dec 10 at 1 cap everyday
    Weight 184
    Sumo Dead = 385
    Flat bench = 240 x 2
    Squat = 355
    I know nothing that great..

    Ended 1/11/2013
    Weight 194
    Sumo dead 435
    Flat Bench 300
    Squat 385 x 2 (pretty sure Id get 405)

    Sides
    Increased libido
    Mild Acne
    I little bit of appetite suppression, but I really didn't notice it until coming off, then I just started getting hungry all the time. While running the M-Sten, we bumped my macros up and I had thought that the increases food, had taken care of the hunger. So it wasn't like I had to force feed myself.

    I thought it was a great run, and I'll try to update this maybe in a few weeks to see where my weight is at.

    I also have a few pictures in my training log, if you wanted to see what the 10 pound gain looks like.

    Thank you IronMagLabs for another great product and the opportunity to log it.

    Post m-sten

    Just started m-sten 2days ago and its amazing i maxed out on deadlifts at 515 and i still had more in but got shin splints so i stopped the edurance that comes from it is crazy im 6'3 200 right now and i will let you guys know what my outcome is
