mike,i have really lagging hamstrings compared to my quads,in fact,i didin't even work them out the first couple years of working out lol, what would you say is the best excersise for putting on mass on the hamstrings, do you think working them out 3 times a week would be too much, like 1 heavy day and 2 really light or should i just stick to hitting them twice a week?

First, I would use the prioritization principal, by doing them first on leg day or first on the day you train them.
Second, there are only so many ham exercises you can do. I like lying leg curl, stiff leg deadlifts, russian leg curls and wide stance (toes at 9 and 3 o'clock) leg press. I do 3 of those exercises for hams...sometimes i do standing or sitting leg curls to mix it up.
Third, twice a week is plenty. I only do them twice a week when my supplementation is allowing me to recover at a quicker than normal rate. Otherwise I am only recovering from my intense workout in time to hit them once a week.

I have a nagging shoulder pain on the inside of where my front delt attaches to my shoulder. I can shoulder press most of the time but getting them into position is difficult. Front laterals are very painful. Should I try to keep training shoulders around the pain or lay off till it feels better? What supplements do you recommend to aid in the healing process?

Well I had that problem as well, not sure if its the exact same but it sounds similar.
Time off didn't help me, what did was continuing to train and avoid the pain. If something hurts it then don't do it. In the mean time I would go to a massage therapist (a good one) and tell them of your problem...my problem originates from behind my shoulder blade...weird right? But once the tight muscles were loosened back there my shoulder felt so much better. I also use a lacross ball to massage myself in that area but leaning against the ball and a wall.

Saw this video and thought I'd post it to your Q&A. Do you remember the first time you got to ride on a motorcycle? I was 12.
