I'm on jug 2 .. You ll like it . Mixes well, taste good and IMO works just as good as the best brands on the market . The supplement facts exceed any other bcaa on the market.

They tried to ambush Rich with the McDonald meals but McDonalds have a good amount of food that if you pick closely may not put you on the tank category.
That reminds me of an interview with former WWE wrestler Val Venis that he said he always ate on the road at Ihope ordering egg whites scramble with toast and some lean meat and he said there is always a way to eat clean on the road if you pick close attention to the foods available.
