Sorry I can't multi quote
Thanks for the compliments guys.. I do agree going lower you get an extra bounce naturally and spring up..I still need to go lower though which I just think stretching and proper work will help.. Lol at me only being able to get 12 reps, ok....
Flex - I hear ya man.. I think this is why you see most pros not really going that heavy anymore either..
Sassy- my gym is awesome. It was a real old school gym before, but a new owner took whoever who is a national level bodybuilder.. Updated all the equipment but it has an awesome vibe. There's a ton of competitors in bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, etc.. It's the best atmosphere I could ask for around here. The good thing is too everyone is pretty cool, so there's no stupid drama ha.. Everyone is there to support each other and someone is always there to spot u or push u when u r dieting.
We had a bench meet there today. One guy barely missed 520 and another hit 485.. They also had a rep contest of 315 and 225... I won the 225 with a poor 31 reps lol. I trained chest Thursday and didnt even plan on getting into it until about five minutes before it, but it was enough to win.

introducing a lot of hip flexor stretching into my preworkout prepping totally eliminated the sway and the nagging mid back pain I used to have for a few after legs. I think most of us either don't realize we're swaying at all or we may have the idea it's a natural, unavoidable posture under really heavy weights. I feel so much more comfortable under heavy poundages now with looser, flexible hips.
