Thanks for the compliments guys! I have a deadlift video from when I was 21 doing 600x4 on my Facebook ill post it later when I get home.. The most I have done was 600x10 last year.. I'm not sure if I'm pulling that anymore right now.. Haven't been doing a ton of deads recently but that use to be my best lift by far.

True... Anybody can say they deadlift 600 for reps - but posting the vid is another thing entirely.

Thanks Barrett and Barry! Im gonna be posting a lot more videos.. Part of which is to promote a new website ill be starting for training. I'm just getting back into the swing of things recently so expect some much better numbers.

I always love a challenge from members, it keeps me on my toes! But of course I realize there are a good amount of guys who I wouldn't even be able to hang with in the gym weight wise.
