KING UPDATE: It's been a great off-season and the mass is being packed on but this time I stayed hard as nails. My body weight is around 290 lbs. and I am cleaning out right now. I have been using nothing but my own supplements (soon to be released to the public) to make sure they work! I can't wait for 2013!!!

I want to introduce everyone to Little King Kamali. Some people say we look alike and to that I say: Yes we do.. Both handsome, beefy, and oh so hungry!

Sure. If he can look like that at 290 with just taking supplements imagine what he can do with some gear thrown in!

he's honestly probably the only pro I never liked. I mean not at all. I never looked at his physique and thought he was gonna be a top guy and when he talked trash about Shawn Ray it was like "wtf"...he's a legend and you haven't even beaten anyone.

He just seems so arrogant.

I thought Kamali looked very good when he was younger. Somehow he just kept getting worse and worse. His midsection in some pics looks like he's swallowed a 10 gallon drum of lager.
