It says...
"This study was based on in vitro observations that naringin isolated from grapefruit induced red cell aggregation and evidence that clumped red cells are removed from the circulation by phagocytosis."
Phagocytosis is the cellular process of engulfing solid particles by the cell membrane to form an internal phagosome by phagocytes and protists.

Phagocytosis in three steps:1. Unbound phagocyte surface receptors do not trigger phagocytosis.2. Binding of receptors causes them to cluster.3. Phagocytosis is triggered and the particle is taken up by the phagocyte.

Thanks for posting the diagram, bro. It makes more sense when you can actually see what they are describing.
It's curious because apart from this study from 1988 I can't find much else on it. Surely this is worthy of a follow-up study. Maybe we should drink a couple of pints of grapefruit juice each day and do our own study. haha
I might send some Dbols down with it... it's supposed to increase their half life, so simultaneously lowering hematocrit would be pretty awesome. LOLLast edited by Big Barry; 12-30-2012 at 12:17 PM.

I use to buy it frequently. I just bought two bags last night of it because of this thread. This time to eat and not perform sex acts on webcam with them

So that is what Kai Green was doing in that video,... lowering his elevated hematocritis levels it appeared topically.
